Preparing for Your Inital Visit
We welcome Rochester-area patients of all ages, from newborns to active seniors, and have created an environment where everyone will feel comfortable. We understand the logistics of bringing little ones to appointments, and children are always welcome in our family-friendly office.
Before your first visit, you’ll complete our intake paperwork, which helps us understand your health history and current concerns. No special clothing or preparation is required for your visit—our team will provide everything needed for your comfort during the assessment and adjustment.
Your First Appointment:
What to Expect
Your initial appointment will last approximately 30 minutes and includes several key components. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a warm welcome and a tour of our office, including our comfortable adjustment areas, Mama’s Room for nursing mothers, and our coffee and tea bar. This introduction helps you feel comfortable in our space and understand the resources available to you.
Next, you’ll be prepared for your nervous system assessment, using our advanced CLA scanning technology. This non-invasive scan provides objective measurements of your nervous system function, identifying areas that may be contributing to your current health challenges.
Dr. Laura will also take a focused health history and perform your first adjustment during this visit, providing immediate care while gathering the information needed for your personalized treatment plan.
Your Second Visit:
Understanding Your Health Plan
Within a week of your initial appointment, you’ll return for a 15-minute follow-up visit where Dr. Laura will review your scan findings in detail.
You’ll receive a personalized folder containing your scan results, recommended care plan, and helpful office information including hours and booking procedures. This thorough review helps you understand the connection between your nervous system function and your symptoms or health goals.
During this visit, Dr. Laura will also explain your care options and answer any questions about your recommended treatment approach.
We will then explore the various payment options available to you, including packages, memberships, and pay-as-you-go plans to accommodate your preferences and budget. Our goal is to make exceptional care accessible while providing maximum value for your healthcare investment.
